Enterprise & Business Systems: ERP, CRM, Dashboards & Automation

We build the systems that run day-to-day operations: ERP and CRM platforms, admin dashboards, reporting and data analysis, workflow automation, and the integrations that keep your existing tools in step. The aim is one reliable source of data in place of scattered spreadsheets, inboxes and manual hand-offs.

Six Business Systems Services

Each can be a project on its own, or one module of a larger system.

ERP Development

One platform for the core operations of a manufacturing, trading or distribution business, rolled out module by module.

  • Multi-warehouse inventory and stock transfers
  • Procurement, RFQs and purchase approvals
  • Bill of materials and production tracking
  • Finance, HR and payroll modules

CRM Systems

A shared record of every lead and customer, so follow-ups don't depend on one person's inbox or memory.

  • Lead and customer records with contact history
  • Pipeline stages that match how you actually sell
  • Follow-up reminders and task assignment
  • Access limited to each team's own records where needed

Admin & Business Dashboards

Screens where staff manage records and managers see the current state of the business without asking for a report.

  • Filterable data tables for everyday admin work
  • Charts and key figures from live data
  • PDF and CSV report exports
  • Role-based permissions

Data Analysis

Answering specific questions from data you already collect, beyond what a standard dashboard shows.

  • Combining spreadsheets, database records and system exports
  • Cleaning duplicate and inconsistent entries
  • One-off analyses or recurring reports
  • Results in your own application or in BI tools such as Power BI

Workflow Automation

Approvals, notifications and hand-offs that currently rely on email threads, phone calls or someone remembering.

  • Multi-step approval chains
  • Automatic email and webhook notifications
  • An audit trail of who approved what, and when

Business Apps & Integrations

Smaller business applications, and connections between the systems you already run so data is entered once.

  • Integration with existing ERP, CRM and accounting software
  • REST APIs and webhooks between systems
  • Connections to devices such as biometric attendance hardware
  • Migration of records from spreadsheets or legacy software

Who It's For and What It Solves

Who Usually Needs This

  • Operations and plant managers tracking stock, purchasing and production.
  • Sales teams that lose track of leads and follow-ups.
  • Finance and admin staff re-entering the same data into several tools.
  • Owners and management who want reliable figures without waiting for a manual report.

Problems It Addresses

  • Different departments keeping their own spreadsheets, with different numbers.
  • Approvals delayed because they depend on email and phone calls.
  • Monthly reports compiled by hand from several sources.
  • Systems that don't share data, so the same record is typed in more than once.

What a Business Systems Project Includes

Usually Included

  • Workflow sessions with the people who will use the system.
  • Data model design and role permissions.
  • Migration of existing records, cleaned and checked before import.
  • A staged rollout, module by module.
  • Onboarding sessions for your staff.

Worth Knowing Up Front

  • If an off-the-shelf product fits your process with light configuration, that is often the quicker and cheaper route, and we'll say so.
  • Integrations depend on what the other system allows, usually through its API.
  • Licences for third-party software you choose to connect are separate from development.

How a Business Systems Project Runs

Business systems succeed when the process is understood before code is written. The overall shape follows our delivery process.

01

Workflow Review

We talk to the people doing the work and document the current steps, data and approvals.

02

Data Model & Modules

We plan the modules, permissions and how existing records will be migrated.

03

Build & Validate

Modules are built one at a time and checked against real test data with your team.

04

Onboarding & Cutover

Staff onboarding, a planned switch-over from the old process, and support as people settle in.

What We Need to Estimate Your Project

  • The departments involved and roughly how many people will use the system.
  • The spreadsheets, forms or software you use today, ideally with samples.
  • Which processes to cover first.
  • Systems it must integrate with, such as accounting software.
  • How much historical data needs to be migrated.
  • The reports management needs to see.

Questions About Business Systems

Can a new system work with the software we already use?

Usually, yes. We can integrate with existing ERP, CRM and accounting systems and other third-party platforms, provided they offer an API or another reliable way to exchange data.

What happens to the data in our spreadsheets?

We write scripts that clean, de-duplicate and validate your existing records before importing them into the new system, then check the imported data with you before switching over.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. Most projects start with the process causing the most trouble and add modules from there, so your team can adjust gradually.
